Return/Refund Policy

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, we will replace it free of charge. To process your replacement, please follow these steps:

Return window: 14 Days

Refunds issued within 7 days to original payment method.

  1. Provide clear pictures of the defective or damaged product.
  2. Include proof of receipt showing that you have received the item.

Once we have verified the issue, we will send you a new product at no additional cost. You may keep the defective or damaged item.

General Conditions

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns to ensure the package arrives safely.

If you wish to return a product for reasons other than defects or damage:

    Items must be unused, in original packaging.
  2. Contact our customer support team to initiate the return process.
  3. Ship the product back to our suppliers using a carrier of your choice. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs. unless due to our error.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund for the product price, minus any shipping fees.

When will I receive my tracking number?

You will usually receive your tracking number within 1 to 2 days.

Why isn't my tracking number working?

It may take up to 5 days for your tracking number to activate once you receive it.

How fast is the delivery time?
